- Content Development: Craft engaging content for various platforms and manage our social media presence to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.
- Event Management: Organize and represent our company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions, networking with potential clients to expand our reach.
- Customer Relationship Management: Assist in managing customer relationships by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Qualification:
- O Level/A Level
- Short Courses related to field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or related field.
